Therefore, Helios now supports the overview of Travel Requests, allowing users to view all associated orders and expense claim details on the Requests. 5.For the advance payment of deposits and guarantees for business operations, when subsequent prepayments are refunded, customers will pay corresponding interest charges. Companies will perform additional accounting processing. Therefore, Helios now supports the entry of interest charges during prepayment refunds and accounting processing. 6.When users submit Accounts Payable, there is a situation where they forget to associate with the Accrual Request for reversing. Therefore, Helios now supports controlling the submission of Accounts Payable that have not reversed the accrual. |
